Founder and President Steven G. Steen, MS-LPC, has attended ARD meetings for the past decade and is familiar with the psychological aspect of special needs students, and what the public schools can and should do to help them. At a young age, Steven himself struggled in school due to his own ADD. Steven understands what it is like to be a special needs student, and how stressful this can be for a child.

Amy Toresscano, MA, LPC, has 8 years of clinical experience; and she spent the last 5 years teaching and administrating in a school for special needs students. Through her work in public and private schools, she has gained extensive knowledge about the various difficulties special needs students face in the school setting. She is dedicated to work until students receive the services they deserve, so every child can achieve school success.
